I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort in which the therapist offers the client support, a safe and welcoming space where they may express themselves and be who they are, respect, acceptance and guidance; through empathy, effective listening and meaningful conversations.
I believe in accepting ourselves as a whole, but rather than passive acceptance I believe in taking what we have and using them as stepping stones to reach our goals and values.”
